Incorporating principles of Chinese medicine, herbalism, and aromatherapy these bath salts will help you fight off misery when you're under the weather, comfort your body when you're not feeling well, and help you get a great night sleep when you need it most. Contains mustard powder, manuka, and eucalyptus.

There are three cups of bath soak in every bag.

How-to Use

Take a bath when you start to feel under the weather (it’s also super-helpful as you’re recovering, or even in the middle of the worst of it, but the idea is to start feeling better as soon as possible). Add 1 cup to warm running water. Soak for at least 20 minutes to allow the ingredients to work their magic. Drink water before, during, and after the bath. Rinse, wrap yourself in towels or a robe and…get back into bed.
